Usage
The username can be defined via a named or an unnamed parameter, i.e.
{{Admin|User=USERNAME}}or{{Admin|USERNAME}}

In cases of usernames which contain = sign, the former syntax should be used, e.g.
{{Admin|User=Billbailey=legend}}→ Billbailey=legend (talk⧼dot-separator⧽contribs⧼dot-separator⧽blocks⧼dot-separator⧽protections⧼dot-separator⧽deletions⧼dot-separator⧽page moves⧼dot-separator⧽rights⧼dot-separator⧽RfA)
