type		Common purposes e.g. Public, Private, Church, Family, Jewish, Muslim, Roman Catholic, City, State, Veterans, Federal or National, Non-profit, Historic, Paupers
style		Architectural, Artistic, or Cultural style of cemetery's design
owner		Organization or group who own or are responsible for the cemetery.
size		Size in acres, hectares, square miles, square kilometers, etc.
graves		Number of known graves
interments		Number of interments. Note that in U.S. National or Veterans cemeteries, the veteran and spouse are buried in one grave site.
cremations		Number of cremations
leases		Terms of lease of the grave if the burial is not "in perpetuity".
website		URL of the cemetery's web site
findagraveid		the id used at Find-a-Grave's web site page for this cemetery (i.e., https://www.findagrave.com/cemetery/ID, where ID is the id)
politicalgeo		the geo id used at The Political Graveyard web site page for this cemetery (i.e., http://politicalgraveyard.com/geo/GEOID, where GEOID is the geo id)
nrhp		National Register of Historic Places
