San Diego, Rizalia

San Diego, formally known as the Royal City of San Diego, and historically known as Hagana is the capital city of Rizalia. It has been the capital of Rizalia since the pre-colonial Lapitavatu era. Unlike other major cities, it is an independent city as it is not located politically in any provinces of Rizalia. With over 25 thousand people, San Diego is the third most populous city in the country after Talisay and Blumentritt.
